You don’t need a diet or a “lifestyle change”

This is about refocusing your energy on what matters to you, so life can stop passing you by.

Ok, here’s the deal. Diet culture is a distraction – a giant, cleverly-organized, and deeply-rooted distraction. It’s designed to keep its hooks in you, perpetuate your shame, and keep you exhausted pursuing a goal you can’t possibly achieve.

Have you ever actually arrived at that elusive ideal body destination? No.

But have you found yourself so distracted by thoughts about what and how much you’re eating, how your clothes fit, or how many steps you’ve taken, that you’ve missed important parts of your day? Months? Years?

If your answer is yes, life doesn’t have to keep happening around you.

Until now, you were taught to pour all your energy into “fixing” your body and weight. You’ve tried so hard, worried so much, and hoped with all of your being. Take a breath. You’ve tried hard enough, love, and it’s not your fault.

Instead of fixing, you are capable and worthy of healing. We are all born as embodied beings, and then somewhere along the way the external junk takes over and we disconnect. It’s time to reclaim your body sovereignty and once again trust that you know exactly what you need.
